Lindsborg, Kansas is a city full of artistic endeavors. "Little Sweden", as Lindsborg is aptly nicknamed, is where Anton Pearson found himself settling in 1915. After studying art under his friend and mentor, Birger Sandzen, Anton settled down, married and started a family. He became well known for woodcarving and painting. By a stroke of wonderful coincidence, his daughter Rosemary married a talented artist and carver in his own right, Norman Malm. Their son Jim Malm continues on the family tradition of woodcarving.
