This pen and ink is drawn on a thin drawing type paper. It finds a peasant asking Robin Hood if he has considered running for political office. Norman was no stranger to strong political opinions.  This is a smaller, 4x6 piece.  You can see the chop line where Norman cut it away from a bigger piece of paper. Those Swedes don't waste a thing, I'm sure he used the rest of the paper for more cartoons! The black ink really pops against the white paper. This piece is signed but undated.
